Plan a night out with your closest friends where you can sample food, wine and beer from around the world.  The following is a sample of what you will be offered:

Argentina – Beef Skewer with Chimichuri pair with Malbec Wine or Quilmes Beer
Australia – Wagyu Beef Skewar and Baby Lollipop pair with Shiraz or Cooper’s Ale Beer
Germany – Kartoffel Pfannkuchen pair with Piesporter or Krombacher Beer
Italy – Antipasto pair with Chianti, Sangiovese, or Trebbiano or Moretti Beer
Japan – Salmon Teriyaki pair with Sake or Asahi
U.S. – Baby Back Rib pair with California Wine or Virginia Devil’s Backbone Beer

While you’re sampling around the world fare, groove to the sounds of Dave Matthews played by Crowded Streets, pose for a photo with Madonna or Elvis, get a caricature, have your palm read, and you can even surf the history of Mason as told by University Archivist, Bob Vay, ’92, ’99.

Want to organize your own reunion?  Round up members of groups you were active with while a student.  For example, if you were an Admissions Ambassador on campus and still keep in touch but haven’t seen each other in awhile, meet up at the celebration.  Also, don’t forget to reach out to professors you are still connected with on Facebook, and invite them join you. 

 This annual celebration welcomes back all alumni and will honor those who have class years ending in 2 or 7.

Several door prizes will be given out through the evening, including an all access pass to Homecoming, a free Gold Cup pass, tickets to the first home game of the Men’s Basketball team versus UVA. All who attend will receive a free wine opener (pictured below):
